The CCPA defines the term “Sale” broadly, and includes, the selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring or otherwise communicating (collectively a “Sale”) of personal information to another business or third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.

If you use an authorized agent to submit your opt-out request, your agent will need to provide a copy of your written permission for the agent to act on your behalf with respect to your privacy rights and we may verify such request with you.
