Emma has been working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Viant since March 2022. In her role, she collaborates closely with both the HR and Recruiting teams to source the best talent across the company. In Summer 2022, Emma created and oversaw the Viant Intern Program — an opportunity she looks forward to continuing in years to come. She loves expanding her knowledge of data analysis to inform recruitment as well as providing career-learning opportunities for the next generation of working professionals.
